Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead API development and optimization for high-traffic SaaS platforms
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with cloud deployment experience
- Strong understanding of AWS/Azure services and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to launch
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
