Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to define feature requirements and specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing codebases.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
