Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
