Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with distributed teams across the US, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the codebase and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product stability.
- Technical Leadership: Guide junior developers and influence technical strategy within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and a backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
