Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews and perform debugging and troubleshooting.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and optimize database queries to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines and maintain infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Node.js, or Django.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Remote-Ready: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
