Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go/Python/Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS/GCP/Azure environments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with cloud-native systems
- Expertise in distributed databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) and message queues
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of security best practices for cloud applications
- Track record of shipping production systems at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
