Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust backend and frontend systems capable of handling millions of requests.
- Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks to ensure high-speed, low-latency application performance.
- Lead Technical Initiatives: Drive technical strategy and mentor junior developers in best practices for code quality and architecture.
- Collaborate Globally: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers in a distributed environment.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all code is secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Innovate: Proactively research and integrate emerging technologies to keep our products at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Spring Boot).
- Cloud & DevOps: Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
