Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect and implement scalable, high-availability software solutions for our cloud-native infrastructure.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python and JavaScript, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers across different time zones to deliver features on tight deadlines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve performance, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
