Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our global client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes.
- Debug complex issues and implement robust fixes in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js (React/React Native preferred).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
