Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using microservices and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and conduct technical research
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database design
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
