Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure product stability.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for remote user access.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across time zones.
