Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive performance optimization and security best practices across platforms
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical community engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript)
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless technologies
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams and fostering engineering culture
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
