Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Go.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
