Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and performance issues in production environments, implementing robust solutions to ensure system stability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
