Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Node.js and AWS
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Collaborate with product teams on feature roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects
- Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex projects
