Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and scalability (CI/CD, Kubernetes)
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead feature development from conception to deployment
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
