Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and develop robust, maintainable, and secure software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance scalability and speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and guide the team on architectural decisions.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of React or Node.js is highly desirable.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
