Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the architecture of microservices and backend systems, ensuring high availability and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform unit testing, and debug complex issues to ensure software quality.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Node.js stack preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Demonstrated experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
