Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, MN, with provided assistance.
