Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Architect complex backend systems and microservices to support business growth.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust error handling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience working in remote or distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
