Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Cloud & DevOps: Leverage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and infrastructure management.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) to ensure software reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in React or Node.js being a plus.
- Database: Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), agile methodologies, and modern development tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
