Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define features and user stories.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the development pipeline and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on remote collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Deep understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL & NoSQL).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a distributed team environment.
