Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern architectural patterns.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and implement innovative, efficient, and secure solutions.
- Testing & Deployment: Ensure rigorous testing protocols and smooth deployment processes to production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Web Technologies: Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Angular.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database Skills: Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous team environment.
