What You Will Do:
As a key member of our engineering squad, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our software products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features that millions of users rely on daily.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance, latency, and throughput.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technology stack selection to ensure long-term viability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two major languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C#).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development workflows.
