Responsibilities
- System Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; perform code reviews to ensure high standards across the team.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver feature-rich products on time.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and drive architectural decisions within the team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and scalability.
- CI/CD Implementation: Implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines to streamline the software delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, or Java is required.
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
