Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of new features, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on scalable systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentorship.
