Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern, scalable technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on user experience.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize application performance and ensure the scalability of our cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote-first or hybrid work environment.
