- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.

- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-impact features.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in React or Node.js preferred.
- Cloud: Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Database: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
