Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go/Python
- Optimize AWS/GCP infrastructure for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Drive technical debt reduction and system reliability initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or similar backend technologies
- Strong AWS/GCP infrastructure management skills
- Proven track record with CI/CD and container orchestration
