Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a strong focus on code quality and testing standards.
- Perform thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues within the existing codebase.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security and compliance standards are met.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and architectural decision-making meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong grasp of software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
