Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Architect microservices and APIs that are robust, secure, and performant under heavy load.
- Conduct code reviews, perform thorough testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments efficiently.
- Participate in the deployment process and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript or Python.
- Expert proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
