Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting thorough code reviews and unit testing.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring best practices for security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript preferred.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
