Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute 15% of time to open-source initiatives
- Present quarterly tech talks to the engineering community
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-grade software development
- Expertise in Go/Python and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proven track record with distributed systems design
