Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go, Python, and AWS Lambda
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Own system reliability by implementing SLOs and advanced monitoring with Prometheus
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade software development
- Expertise in at least one modern backend language (Go/Python/Java)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong background in distributed systems and database design
- Experience leading technical initiatives from conception to deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture projects
