Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices using Python, Java, and Go
- Lead cloud migrations to AWS/GCP with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blog content
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least two backend languages (Python/Java preferred)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience leading technical projects with Agile methodologies
