Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and CI/CD automation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and maintain technical documentation
- Architect secure authentication and data encryption protocols
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years software development)
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with modern frameworks (React, Spring, Node.js)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture
- Experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
