Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS Lambda and Docker
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across distributed teams
- Own system reliability through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Mentor engineers on modern JavaScript (React/Node.js) and Python ecosystems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in at least one modern backend framework (Django/Express/Spring)
- Strong foundation in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving in production environments
