Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance and database queries to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, implementing robust solutions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
