Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure software applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and technical debt reduction.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering department.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack or backend technologies.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
