Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Go and Node.js
- Lead cloud migrations to AWS with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLA
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-grade backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Strong AWS/GCP certification (e.g., Solutions Architect)
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker orchestration
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex system deployments
