Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go).
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
