Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Go and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and contribute to technical documentation best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architectural guidance sessions
- Optimize system performance using Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (5+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems design and cloud-native architectures
- Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and infrastructure automation
- Strong background in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Effective communication abilities with experience collaborating in remote team environments
