Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software applications using modern languages and frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough unit and integration testing to ensure application stability and performance.
- Maintenance: Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Agile Process: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to drive team efficiency.
- Innovation: Research and propose new technologies or methodologies to improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL solutions.
- Frameworks: Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly preferred.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
