Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Terraform, and AWS DevOps tools
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Implement robust security protocols and performance monitoring across distributed systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive adoption of best practices in testing, documentation, and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go and Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
