Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (Java, Python, or React).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; lead code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement architectural improvements to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Participate in the deployment pipeline, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery workflows.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical workshops, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Security: Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP) and data privacy regulations.
