Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Optimize existing codebases for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct technical research to identify new tools, libraries, and methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
