Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements for maximum efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Testing & QA: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and robustness across all environments.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of coding practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during the software development lifecycle.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and agile methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and design resilient system architectures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
