Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Conduct performance testing and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Drive technical strategy for cloud migration projects
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
