Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning of existing software.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (Frontend frameworks like React or Angular are a plus).
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to relocate to Dallas, Texas, as we provide full relocation support.
