Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead cloud infrastructure migrations to Kubernetes on AWS EKS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust security practices and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Java and Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong background in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design abilities
- Experience with fintech or high-throughput systems preferred
